岗位职责:
1、Performance achievement: setting and adjusting store operation targets according to the established performance targets of the market.
业绩达成:根据市场既定业绩目标,制定和调整门店运营目标
2、 Loss management: according to the loss control target, develop and adjust the store goods loss rate target.
损耗管理:根据损耗控制目标,制定和调整门店货品损耗率目标
3、 New store coordination: according to the new store opening plan, reasonable arrangements and follow-up store construction-related work.
新店统筹:根据新店开业计划,合理安排和跟进建店相关工作
4、Store standards management: to ensure that the implementation of the store management standards on the ground.
门店标准管理:确保店铺各项管理标准执行落地
5、Personnel management: coordinate the store personnel management and talent training matters.
人员管理:统筹店铺人员管理与人才培养各项事宜
6、Manpower cost control: according to the manpower cost control target, develop corresponding
人力成本管控:根据人力成本控制目标,制定相应的调整和优化方案
任职要求:
1. Both Chinese and English can be used as working languages
中英文可以作为工作语言
2. More than two years of management experience, market development experience.
两年以上的管理工作经验、市场开拓经验3. Love the retail industry, result-oriented, strong execution, strong sense of purpose, mission must be achieved.
