美国现场技术支持

职位职责：
针对家庭储能销售订单，对客户进行全生命周期的客户技术支持服务

1.客户下单前进行售前支持，问题解答，
2.客户下单后进行电话调研，现场勘察，安装商培训，安装指导等
3.针对客户运行过程中出现的问题第一时间解决

职位要求：
1.英语非常流利，英语6级水平以上
2.电力电子，自动化，电子工程相关专业
3.有很好的沟通能力
4.在美国居住，会开车，开车公里数超过6万公里
5. 熟悉储能系统或者电工工作，有相关3年以上经历

安装专家：

Job Responsibilities：
Responsible for guiding, training installers and being able to install home energy storage systems by themselves
Job requirements:
1. Have got an electrician certificate（C10)
2.More than 3 years of experience in photovoltaic energy storage systems
3. Have got a driver's license, and more than 3 years of driving experience
4.Excellent communication and learning abilities
